I've been a leader from a very young age which has enabled me to have a keen intuitive insight into others and how to bring the best out in them. I have an Entrepreneurial adventurous spirit that has led me on a path to experience much in this life. I am a transformational leadership coach, talent strategist and recognised as a self leadership thought leader with a knack for helping people and businesses reach their full potential. I discovered my love for helping people succeed at the tender age of 15 coaching netball. In terms of my personal journey I had a wakeup call in my early thirties when I created an auto immune condition in my body to the point where I could hardly walk. 12 months later I survived a near death experience on the Inca Trail in Peru. Over my journey of self discovery I have studied Timeline Therapy, NLP Coaching and Hypnotherapy to Master Practitioner Level, I am also certified in Psych K (a belief change method) and as Heart Math Coach and mentor. I've studied elements of neuroscience, quantum physics and deep levels of meditation with Dr Joe Dispenza. I've uncovered old bones of the past and turned my own childhood trauma, into wisdom for the future. My rich tapestry of life, experience, expertise and leadership allows me to have compassion and insight as a coach to help my clients truly transform.
